I stayed at NagaWorld for my first and last night in Phnom Phen. Definitely not the best choice. The reason for my choice is that it is famous, I could clearly convene with the taxi or Tuk-tuk driver for the location. Gorgeous view for Dreamland Park and sunset.
There are good restaurants but quite expensive. Yummy shrimp soup and pizza in an Italian restaurant.
